You need a balanced pen like that. Use the RSVP fine point for detail work like bookkeeping, and the medium point for regular tasks.\u00a0 The medium point moves quicker across the page than the fine point. Use Gel pens for the dramatic, inky, John Hancock-style, five-year lease signing.<\/p>\n For Post-its, pay extra and go Super Sticky.\u00a0 Make sure you don’t accidentally buy the accordion-style, pop-up Post-its. That is a death sentence.<\/p>\n I wrote to a real estate newsletter: “The Post-it has simplified my life more than my computer!” \u00a0This was pre-Internet.\u00a0 Now I’d take my computer over Post-its to a desert island.<\/p>\n Get a couple clip-on pens.<\/strong><\/span> Don’t buy them. Find somebody from the Cleveland Clinic to give you a couple. You need a clip-on pen (no cap) for quick accessibility.
