Lennon and his mother seemed to be having an affair on screen.<\/p>\n<p>My wife, Alice, wanted to see <em>Nowhere Boy<\/em>. \u00a0Or any movie.\u00a0 We had a friend visiting from out of town.\u00a0 The friend chose <em>Nowhere Boy<\/em> too.\u00a0 Alice said the movie had 81 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Eighty-one percent is horrible!\u00a0 But I went, to be a sport.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong><em>Nowhere Boy<\/em> is a drama<\/strong><\/span> set in 1950s Liverpool: double-decker buses, Morgans and Teddy Boys.\u00a0 \u00a0Yes!<\/p>\n<p>Oh, to be in England . . .<\/p>\n<p>[Please click video to continue:]<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/abaOB__6Jhk?wmode=transparent\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen> <\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nowhere Boy, the movie about John Lennon as a teenager, wasn&#8217;t that great.\u00a0 But the setting was.
