Or not. She\u2019s been a tenant for seven years. Last year she caused a $800 leak and only partially covered the damages. She overflowed her tub. Cost me some bucks with the tenant below.\u00a0Gilbert had said, \u201cTake the rest of out of my security deposit when I move.\u201d She owes about $400, still.
