Then he would always pay the day before the court hearing. He\u2019d pay an extra $120 &#8212; to cover my filing costs.<\/p>\n<p>I got tired of it. When his lease was up, I gave him a non-renewal.<\/p>\n<p>I wasn\u2019t sure he would\u00a0 move, so to protect myself I filed an eviction. He moved.
