It is a guide for the perplexed landlord and tenant.<\/p>\n<p>The two main characters &#8212; a sleazy guy from Yiddishe Cup LLC and a bug-eyed na\u00eff &#8212; turn the nasty, grim, cutthroat real estate world into something even grimmer &#8212; and very robotic.<\/p>\n<p>The landlord is so pompous at first.\u00a0 Then he&#8217;s more so.\u00a0But the young lady draws forth a bit of the landlord&#8217;s humanity and even a Chanukah song lyric.<\/p>\n<p>After the movie, the couple goes for drinks and has an affair.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>2:57 minutes.<\/strong><\/span> United   States, 2010<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em> <\/em><\/span><br \/>\n&#8212;-<br \/>\n[The first paragraph in the capsule movie review (above) is lifted, in part, from John Ewing\u2019s Cleveland Cinematheque calendar.]<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\">&#8212;-<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\">This blog is updated every Wednesday and Friday morning.\u00a0 Please check out the\u00a0post below.
