My mother<\/strong><\/span> lived in suite 105 at Stone Gardens Assisted Living. My cousin George\u2019s mother, Natalie Becker, moved in right after my mother died in 2004. Natalie lived there until January 2013.<\/p>\n

In March 2013 I had a gig at Stone Gardens; I called up an elderly relative, Shony Long, to invite her to the gig. She was my mom\u2019s cousin and had recently moved to Stone Gardens.<\/p>\n

\"suite<\/a>Shony said, \u201cI know you\u2019re playing. I read it in the Stone Gardens bulletin.”<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t<\/strong><\/span> live in 105, do you?\u201d<\/p>\n

“Yes.\u201d<\/p>\n

“You do?\u201d<\/p>\n

What — did 105 have my name on it? I remember I told the ambulance driver in 2004, \u201cCan I just have a few minutes with my mom.\u201d The driver said no problem. My mom was dead.<\/p>\n

I said<\/strong><\/span> to Shony, \u201cI don’t want to go into your apartment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo you\u2019re going to be that way?\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Shony died in May. I wonder who\u2019s in suite 105 now.<\/p>\n
