2. A tenant wanted free rent because we were digging a trench in his apartment. In order to install a condensate return line to the boiler, our plumber dug a four-foot trench through the tenant\u2019s kitchen, dining room and living room.\u00a0 It looked like WWI. That was a bad scene and it lasted\u00a0 a month. The tenant got the free month’s rent.<\/p>\n
