I talked to Sears about refrigerators. I talked to AT&amp;T about the high bills for intercom service. I hadn&#8217;t been to one in years. She said, \u201cYou\u2019ll have fun.\u201d I ran into Marty Cohen, who owns about 900 rental units and \u201ca dumpy shopping center in Amherst. You want to buy it?\u201d He said he had previously owned five or six other shopping centers. Landlords tell you what they used to own, as well as what they own. Another landlord, Lou Powers, has some doubles in the Heights and wouldn\u2019t mind selling them, he said. John Marcus \u2013 whose wife is a rabbi &#8212; was there. He has something to do with real estate, not sure what.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>So the<\/strong><\/span> trade show was good, people-wise.
