[Kim is not her real name.]<\/p>\n We got cold-cut sandwiches around 2:30 p.m.\u00a0 This, for lunch?<\/p>\n I’ll eat anything.\u00a0 The video guy wouldn’t. \u00a0(Later, he would.)\u00a0 He said, “It is truly a disgrace to serve this to professionals.”\u00a0 He said that to the musicians, not the manager.<\/p>\n I do not like rich people . . . <\/em><\/p>\n Photographer Herb Ascherman got a decent meal. No wraps for Herb. \u00a0\u00a0In his contracts, Herb has the line “client will provide a hot<\/span> meal.”\u00a0 Herb knows how to deal with rich people and Kim, who is rich, but not well off.
